Awana Party with the Pastors

This past Wednesday at Awana was PARTY WITH THE PASTORS - KIDS STYLE!!
We had a blast with Pastor Todd, Pastor Roger and our directors Mike
and Amy.
During sign in we had them collect
points for their teams for bringing their Bibles, dues, uniforms etc.
Mike collected some extra points for the green team by bringing coffee
for the commanders.....very smart!!
Then, they showed off their parachute skills during Cubbie games. Amy and Roger rocked at the Balloon Volley!
Next
they attended Sparks handbook time, where they each completed their entrance booklets and recited six scripture verses. Pastor Todd earned
bonus points for the red team by reciting John 3:16 'en FRANCAIS!!'
They
ended their night by hanging out with the T&T's during large group time. This group of clubbers had some great questions prepared for
their pastors. We found out why Pastor Todd decided to become a pastor;
that Amy's favourite ice cream is bubble gum (the blue kind); that Mike
LOVES Larry the Cucumber; that Pastor Roger has eight siblings and MUCH
more!!
It was such a blessing to have them join us at Awana and we can't WAIT to PARTY with them again next year!!!
