ElderDave and his wife Ronda met at Moody Bible Institute, Chicago in 1990 and were married 13 months later. They have twin boys, Bradley and Bryan (born 1995), and a daughter, Hannah (born 1999). Dave and his family moved to Barrie in 2002 and have been attending Harvest Barrie since then.
God gifted Dave with a strong heritage of faith in his family. With Godly parents at home and a consistent presentation of the gospel at church he gave his life to the Lord as a young child, was baptized at 10 years of age, and committed to continue to follow the Lord in all aspects of his life during my teens at summer camp.
2 Timothy 2:2 is a very important verse to Dave. Recognizing that God has given him an abundance of Godly influencers in his life compels him now to make sure he is pouring into others and charging them to do the same.
Recently, God has impressed on him the value of being more patient and judicious than he is naturally given to being so the following two Proverbs verses have become very important to him.
