Our Hope Group: Unstuck to help you break free from unwanted habits, behaviours and patterns of thinking that don’t seem to go away. These steps are much more than strategies: they are truths that are rooted in Scripture that provide a path to lasting change. Each step ends with a “work it through” exercise to really help you put what you’re reading into practice.
