Three simple words.
“Come and see.”
It was Jesus who originally used the phrase to call some of his first followers to simply tag along with him and consider what they saw.
One of those followers, Philip, picked up on the simple invitation and used it himself to invite his friend Nathaniel who would make one of the earliest and certainly clearest statements concerning the identity of Jesus as the Saviour.
Many other men and women would hear similar invitations from eager Christ-followers who just wanted to share with others the life-change they had experienced themselves. Life-change that came because they responded to an invitation to “come and see”.
