Our desire is to lay a strong biblical and Christ-centred foundation in the lives of our children. We want to see each child climbing to greater heights in their relationship with Christ, becoming life-long followers of Jesus. We offer the following children’s programs:
We meet at the church Tuesday nights from 7-9 p.m. for a night of worship, teaching, and fun together. Our desire is to have students grow in relationship with one another but more importantly in their relationship with Jesus. We’d love to meet your student!
HYA is here to help encourage young adults to get rooted in their faith as an adult. We’re a diverse group of men and women who are passionate about bringing glory to Jesus Christ in everything we do. Throughout the summer we meet every other week in the café to have a time of worship, Bible study, discussion, prayer, and accountability. We also have fun social nights, worship events and service projects throughout the year and we’d love to have you join us. Get connected by joining our Facebook group, following us on Instagram, or contact Pastor Dwayne to find out more information and to connect with others in the group.
Biblical Soul Care
Biblical Soul Care (BSC) is the counselling ministry of Harvest Bible Chapel. It’s one of the ways we care for one another here. If you are facing a particular situation or struggle in your life that seems difficult to cope with or overcome, we want to come alongside you to help. We hope to lovingly care for you and help carry your burdens (Galatians 6:1-2; James 1:2-5) but, more importantly, point you to and remind you of the ultimate hope, Jesus Christ.
Biblical Soul Care happens as we encourage and support one another in small groups, but also in a more formal setting with mentors or trained biblical counsellors as needed. We would love to sit down and talk with you about how we can help.
Please feel free to email us or call us at 705.739.8613. Click below for further details on what Biblical Soul Care is, how to get help, what’s going on in the ministry, and much more.
The mandate of the church and each believer is to make disciples (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8). Primarily that works out as we each share the good news of Jesus Christ with boldness. In order to have some “reach” that extends beyond Barrie and Simcoe County in the fulfillment of this mandate, Harvest forms partnerships with individuals and ministries that are getting the job done.
Here are the principles we follow in determining which partnerships we form:
pray – give – go
